Ciara was looking completely overjoyed last night as she celebrated her birthday and premiered the release of her new music 'Got Me Good' - on the Sony Jumbotron video in the middle of Times squares - with a party at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Those who came to help celebrate with the star include Lala Vasquez and Celebrity Hairstylist Cesar Ramirez.
